The Sunday that started it all

House of pawseidon (hop) didn't start as a business plan—it started from a search for something deeper.

I'm a half-Punjabi, half-Bengali, born and brought up in India. I began my journey in civil engineering and even worked in surveying, but I quickly realized that routine life wasn't for me. I moved into marketing, where I've spent over five years working with agencies and brands, learning how to build ideas and experiences that connect with people.

But the real turning point came from my connection with animals. I had a husky who meant everything to me, and losing him made me realize how powerful that bond truly is—the kind of connection that brings calm, joy, and presence instantly.

Wanting to explore that feeling more deeply, I started attending different animal-related events. I volunteered on weekends, spending time with various organizations and brands hosting puppy yoga and similar sessions. That's when I noticed something—while these events were fun, they often lacked depth. The connection felt surface-level, rushed, or unstructured.

I wanted more than just interaction. I wanted a space where people could genuinely slow down, connect, and feel something real with animals.

So I started small—creating experiences that focused not just on activity, but on emotion, comfort, and presence. That's how House of pawseidon (hop) began.

House of pawseidon (hop) is built on a simple idea: to create meaningful, well-designed experiences where people can form a deeper, more genuine connection with animals—and in the process, reconnect with themselves.

And this is just the beginning.
