01 · Sourcing
Every animal at a HOP event comes from one of four verified Bangalore welfare partners — Bangalore Rescue Collective, Indiranagar Strays Trust, Koramangala Paws Collective, or Whitefield Foster Network. We never source animals from breeders, pet shops, or unregistered rescues. Each partner provides written welfare documentation before any animal joins our event roster.
02 · Health screening
Each animal is cleared by an in-house licensed vet within 7 days of their first event. Vaccination records, deworming history, and behavioural notes are archived for every animal in our roster. Any animal showing signs of illness, fatigue, or behavioural distress is immediately rotated out of the roster — without exception.
03 · The welfare lead role
Every HOP event in Bangalore has a dedicated welfare lead — a trained staff member whose only responsibility is the wellbeing of the animals. They have full authority to pause, modify, or end any session if any animal shows stress signals. They report to the head of welfare, not the events team — deliberately, so commercial pressure can never override welfare judgement.
Every partner is a registered rescue or welfare charity. The numbers below come from booking data, updated nightly.
